Unfortunately, not all families and schools know how to help every learner. As former teachers, we understand the challenges schools face when supporting the most struggling learners. Many families have tried other tutors before us. We are experts in a variety of methods that are best practices for helping students who learn and think differently.Does your child have the right amount of support? At school? At home?
They may have a slower processing speed and need more time to work through and understand material. They might also need continuous review and practice. Sometimes, an adult at home might be willing and able to help, but that dynamic isn’t positive. We can be that extra expert.Is your learner open to receiving help?
We can do a great job of improving our students’ confidence because we help them experience success, which builds confidence. That said, your learner must be willing to show up to tutoring and try.How will tutoring sessions impact their FUN activities?
Please don’t pull your learners out of their favorite sports or other extracurricular activities to make room for tutoring. They need those outlets and opportunities to feel successful and confident! One major advantage of our online format option is that scheduling is easier, and there is no commute time!Will this put a financial burden on your family that is too much to bear?
We know this is an investment in your child that will pay dividends for years to come. Many of our students have gone from failing to honor roll!
